Refund policy

FINAL SALE POLICY

Effective Date: September 01, 2024

1. No Returns or Refunds All sales made through Magfine Corporation are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason, except as outlined in Section 2 below.

2. Exceptions for Defective Units In the event that a product sold by Magfine Corporation is found to be defective, customers may request a replacement or repair of the defective unit. To qualify for this exception, the following conditions must be met:

  • The defect must be reported to Magfine Corporation within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The defect must be verified and confirmed by Magfine Corporation upon inspection.

3. Reporting a Defective Unit To report a defective unit, please contact our customer service team using the 'Contact Us Form' with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  • Detailed description of the defect
  • Photographs or video evidence of the defect, if applicable

4. Inspection and Verification Upon receiving a report of a defective unit, Magfine Corporation will:

  • Review the submitted evidence and information
  • If necessary, request the customer to ship the product back for inspection (return shipping costs may be covered by Magfine Corporation if the defect is confirmed)
  • Verify the defect through inspection

5. Resolution for Defective Units If a defect is confirmed by Magfine Corporation, one of the following resolutions will be offered at Magfine Corporation's discretion:

  • Repair of the defective unit
  • Replacement of the defective unit with an identical or similar product

6. Limitation of Liability Magfine Corporation’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective units as described in this policy. Under no circumstances will Magfine Corporation be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any product purchased from Magfine Corporation.

7. Governing Law This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

8. Amendments Magfine Corporation reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
